I have been a teacher for the past 10 years, and I especially love teaching reading. I have 3 children at home who I am growing into readers themselves. I am patient and caring of those I’ve taught, and I also have ADHD so I know how that can contribute to struggles academically.

I have been teaching 1-2 reading and writing for 5 years, and I do have experience in 1-3 mathematics as well. I just completed an extension training for the University of Florida Literacy Institute in their phonics program. I am an avid reader myself and love to grow readers in my classroom.
