There are 2 levels in yoga.1) Basic level 2) Advance level.Basic level include simplified physical exercises and pranayama.Advanced level includes Asanas,sun worship and mudras. Duration of basic level take totally 24 classes.Advanced level take 32 classes.weekday and weekend batches available.per class take 1 hour.my type of teaching is very understandable.
