I am a passionate, qualified, and experienced yoga practitioner, dedicated to this beautiful gift to humanity for the past eight years. My journey has been one of deep exploration, healing, and self-discovery, guided by the wisdom of my teacher Dr. A.L.V. Kumar. I hold an RYT 300 accreditation by Traditional Yoga, affiliated with Yoga Alliance, USA, which has further enriched my understanding of yoga as both a practice and a way of life.

Yoga, to me, is more than just movement—it is a sacred union of breath, mind, and spirit. Through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, I help my students harness the incredible power of their breath, release stress, and cultivate inner peace. Breath is our life force, the silent rhythm that connects us to the present moment, and when we learn to control it, we unlock profound healing and transformation.
