Alan’s expertise is unparalleled, especially in the way he is able to transmit information simply and clearly, as well as teach small adjustments that can lead to big changes! In just one lesson, I feel that I have improved thanks to Alan’s patience as an instructor and passion for the flute! Highly recommend!

Alan has been an incredible tutor for our 11 year old for the past few months. We gave him very open agendas to work with her in terms what we hoped to see out of her flute lessons. For reference, she's in 5th grade and had only experiences playing a few notes and the few things she's learned from band.

Alan was able to evaluate her current skills, construct a lesson plan and work with her following the plan each week. Within the first few weeks, we noticed she's shown a lot more interest, confidence and is able to play a handful of songs that she chose with Alan.

Great tutor and I would highly recommend flute players at all level to work with Alan in improving their skills!

Alan is a great teacher. He is very organized and knowledgeable, as well as patient and professional. Every lesson is planned, and he has been going with my pace with relevant homework. He also makes sure I have proper techniques and embouchure, even when it means I have to relearn something, in order not to have any issues down the road.

Marcio is very very patient, sweet, disciplined and organized. He has so much knowledge of the Flute but even more importantly he has the talent to make anyone understand with clarity all this knowledge in a practical way. I highly recommend him for anyone beginning on the instrument!!
