I start off by clearing the basics. Then I focus on the weak points of the student, and then move on to a comprehensive explanation of the topic. It is individual based, and removes doubts of even past topics.
I am pretty passionate about teaching young students. I have always wanted to add this because :-

2- Young students, if taught correctly, make wonders in their future
3- I've been a student myself a few years back, I'm aware of the common doubts that school students have
