About Abigail
I am a Qualified Biology, Chemistry and Physics Teacher with a specialism in Biology and Chemistry. I have 6 years of industry experience working within the NHS and 3 years of in-school secondary teaching experience. I'm a mother to a 13 and 5 year old and love breaking down barriers to understanding concerning science. I currently teach at an all girls Secondary School and have experience teaching neurotypical as well as SEND pupils.

I make learning about the different concepts of science easy and enjoyable. If there is anything you are struggling with, don't hesitate to ask me to explain! By the time you have finished a tutoring lesson with me, your whole view of the world of Science and your ability to understand it will be transformed. All my lessons are broken down into me teaching a concept, us working the examples to check for understanding and then giving you an opportunity to try practice questions independently. I will not move on from a topic until I know you are confident and have a full scope of understanding. I'm here to help, all you have to do is ask.
