About Ashla

I adore working with kids and consider myself to be very cool and laid-back. I have devoted a lot of time to developing an understanding of how teaching operates. I engage in game-play with kids. I engage with them and help them display away their abilities. English is my favorite language, and I like kids. I can therefore accomplish both of the things I love through teaching, so I am prepared for it.

Interactive Learning: I support encouraging students to actively engage in the learning process. To make sure kids are fully involved, I use a variety of interactive activities like group discussions, role-playing, and hands-on projects.

Warm-Up Activity: I begin each class with a brief warm-up exercise to engage students and set the tone for the lesson.

Main Instruction: This is where I introduce new concepts, provide explanations, and guide students through activities or exercises related to the day's topic.

Practice and Application: I give students opportunities to practice what they've learned through exercises, discussions, or assignments. This stage often includes peer collaboration.

Feedback and Assessment: I provide constructive feedback on students' work and assess their progress through quizzes, tests, or informal assessments.

Closure: I wrap up the lesson by summarizing key takeaways, addressing any questions or concerns, and previewing what students can expect in the next class.

Special Features as a Teacher:

Adaptability: I adapt my teaching style and materials to the age, language proficiency, and learning pace of my students. This ensures that each student receives personalized attention.

Cultural Sensitivity: I incorporate cultural sensitivity into my lessons, respecting and celebrating the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of my students.

Technology Integration: I utilize technology, such as online resources, language-learning apps, and interactive whiteboards, to enhance the learning experience and keep up with modern teaching methods.

Effective Communication: I maintain open and clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring everyone is informed and involved in the learning process.

Intended Audience:

My classes are primarily intended for school children, given your experience in teaching English to this age group. However, I am also comfortable and experienced in teaching English to adults or college-level students. I am well-equipped to adapt my teaching methods and materials to suit the specific needs and goals of different age groups and proficiency levels.
