Rooted in classical yogic texts, my sessions include authentic practices like Shuddhi Kriyas, asanas, pranayama, and meditation, taught with precision and care. At the same time, I integrate practical insights into stress, lifestyle, and emotional well-being, making yoga relevant and transformative beyond the mat. My goal is to help each student grow holistically—physically, mentally, and spiritually—with awareness and balance.
