About Lisa
Yoga is a lifestyle for me. It is so much more than an hour on the mat for a physical practice.
Yoga has helped me to reconnect with my heart & to be able to open my heart again. Trusting myself, my intuition and living from my heart. It started as a physical challenge and opened the door to an inner journey that has allowed me to grow in all other areas (mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually).
I would like to share all my knowledge and experience with you and guide you on your inner journey. You are important!

Ashtanga yoga forms the basis. A dynamic form of yoga that consists of a fixed series of postures in which the breath is leading. Your inner world is most important; what do you feel, what is happening & can you be present in the here and now?
I work from a holistic approach: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level.
The lessons are accessible to everyone, you don't need any yoga experience. The lesson is fully tailored to your needs.
Currently I provide various yoga classes at various locations. Ashtanga (Mysore and led-class) as well as Easyflow, Dynamicflow and lessons adjusted to the needs of the group. I also provide beginners courses and various workshops.
