About Himadri
I am a video game programmer and artist trained at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore, India.
With over a decade of teaching experience, I have mentored students across diverse age groups—from young learners aged 5 and above to foundation-level Fine Arts college aspirants. My teaching approach blends creativity with structured learning, ensuring both skill development and artistic confidence.
Interestingly, my student base spans globally—my oldest student being 65 years old from Frankfurt, Germany—proving that art truly has no age limit.
I also specialize in preparing students for Fine Arts college entrance examinations, guiding them with focused training and portfolio development.

My teaching approach is tailored to each student, as every individual has their own unique way of exploring and creating. While the method may vary, certain fundamentals remain consistent for all:
Technical understanding of shapes and forms
Proportion and accuracy
Understanding of light and form
I adopt a blended artistic approach, encouraging students to explore multiple possibilities in their creative process. I also focus on simplifying concepts, making it easier for students to grasp and adapt quickly in their learning journey.
Progress and effort naturally vary from student to student, as learning is a deeply personal experience. There are no age or professional limitations when it comes to learning art — only the willingness to begin.
What I value most is genuine curiosity and enthusiasm. A strong desire to learn, along with consistent effort in completing assigned work, is essential for growth throughout the course.
Curiosity is at the heart of my teaching — and every question related to art is truly valuable to me.
