About Audrey
Hi, I’m Audrey! I’m a Grade R teacher from Port Elizabeth with 5 years of classroom experience. I’m passionate about helping children grow — just like I love growing my garden. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me outdoors or spending time with animals.
I believe every child learns best through curiosity and play. That’s why I became a teacher: to nurture confidence, creativity, and a love for learning in every lesson. My TEFL Distinction and Reggio Emilia training help me do exactly that.

I’m Audrey, a passionate Foundation Phase teacher with 5 years of Grade R classroom experience and a TEFL Certificate awarded with Distinction. My lessons are fun, play-based, and tailored to each child’s needs.
*For Grade R-3:* I focus on school readiness, phonics, early reading, and building confidence through stories, art, and games. My Reggio Emilia training means kids learn by exploring.
*For Grade 4-7:* I offer English FAL support, reading comprehension, homework help, and exam prep. I help learners who feel “stuck” in English become confident communicators.
SACE application submitted. I teach online or in-person in Port Elizabeth.
