About the lesson

We start the sessions by covering and improving all your ground strokes and then we move forward with advanced strokes. Once you master your ground strokes then we move to the tactical parts. We even have fun with learning trick shots and few other activities. We help students achieve the next level of concentration using few Yoga exercises too (it not only helps physically but also mentally). All levels and ages of players are accepted.
