About

With over two decades of dedicated service in education, my work is driven by a clear mission: to provide the precision and clinical rigor that every student deserves, but rarely finds in the private tutoring market. My practice is built on a foundation of advanced expertise, including a Master’s Degree in Elementary Mathematics Education and elite-level certifications as a CERI-certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist and IMSE-certified practitioner.

My approach combines this deep academic background with extensive real-world experience. With over two decades of dedicated service in education, I bring a level of clinical rigor to tutoring that is rare in the private market. I specialize in moving beyond surface-level homework support to deliver truly transformative, research-based instruction. My work is anchored in the Science of Reading, meaning every session is precision-engineered to target your child’s specific learning profile and ignite measurable progress.

My extensive background in special education—including years as a Department Chair and an Instructional Programming Specialist within the public school system—provides me with a unique advantage. I possess a deep, insider’s understanding of the instructional frameworks, assessment data, and programming structures that define your child's daily school experience. I use this systemic expertise to seamlessly align my tutoring with the high-level best practices used in the classroom, ensuring that our work together creates a powerful, cohesive bridge between home and school. I am not just a tutor; I am an experienced educational partner dedicated to providing the clarity, rigorous instructional design, and concierge-level support necessary for your child to thrive and regain their academic confidence.

I truly love the moment when a student moves from frustration to "I can do this." By translating complex educational needs into clear, actionable steps, I am here to ensure that your child feels supported, understood, and fully equipped to succeed.
