About Molli
I am a 200h RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) in yoga and ayurveda. I am also a final year medical student and philosophy graduate.
My training and skillset equip me well to take a holistic approach to guide and flow with you!
I love a variety of yoga styles: particularly vinyasa, yin and mandala. I also can offer some yoga HIIT/Power classes if you're craving something to get the heart rate even higher!

Sometimes practicing in group settings doesn't suit our life for whichever reason but we still may want a guided flow! Sometimes some asanas (poses) become difficult to get into due to various physical and mental reasons and we may need friendly assistance and guidance to see how we can improve. Sometimes we may just want a buddy to practice with!
In any case, I can help! As a qualified yoga teacher and final-year medical student, I have extensive knowledge of anatomy and mental health which are assets I can use to help you improve at yoga!
Equally, sometimes a 1:1 flow can feel much nicer and more relaxing, so I can also offer to guide a flow (beginners - intermediate) for your needs/style preference. This could be a great method to see how you've improved over a series of lessons, too.
My preferred styles of yoga are: Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Restorative but can offer chair yoga too! I also love taking faster paced yoga HIIT and yoga cardio (to house/dance/electronic music).
I'm a friendly face here to help and flow with!
