I AM GIVING CLASSES FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. I HAVE TAUGHT ALMOST HUNDRED STUDENTS. I BELIEVE THEY HAVE LEARNED HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR EVERYDAY PROBLEMS. WHEN THEY REACH ME, THEY ARE ALMOST CONFUSED, ACTUALLY ONLY CONFUSED PEOPLE COMES FOR HELP. OF COURSE THEY GO OUT WITH A FIRM DECISION.

I GIVE CLASS TO EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF THEIR AGE SEX AND EDUCATION. IT SOLE DEPEND ON WHETHER THEY NEED MY HELP OR NOT. TECHNIQUES AND METHODS DIFFER FROM TIME TO TIME DEPENDING ON THE STUDENT. EVERY PERSON IS UNIQUE AND THEY REQUIRE UNIQUE METHODS TO KNOW ABOUT MEDITATION AND MENTAL HEALTH.
