I am a dedicated and passionate paramedic with a strong focus on frailty and optimising care pathways to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. I have a strong interest in research, which I believe is crucial for the continuous improvement of paramedicine practices. Techniques and Teaching Methodology: My approach focuses on helping students develop a strong academic structure for their essays and facilitating idea brainstorming sessions. I employ a combination of direct instruction, interactive discussions, and practical exercises to ensure students gain a thorough understanding of how to effectively organise and present their ideas. Typical Length of a Lesson: I am flexible with lesson lengths to accommodate the varying needs of my students. Sessions can be adjusted based on the specific requirements and schedules of the students. Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor: I hold a first-class degree in Paramedicine and am currently working towards publishing my research. My experience includes tutoring BSc level paramedic students, with a particular emphasis on essay structure and academic writing. Who Are My Lessons For: My lessons are designed for undergraduate paramedic students and individuals aspiring to enter the field of paramedicine. I also offer assistance with writing applications for paramedicine programmes. Lessons are conducted via Teams unless the student is local, in which case in-person sessions can be arranged.
