About Moon
My meditation journey began at age seven through intuitive dreams and questions. Five years ago, I began sharing guided practices online and practicing self meditation and Yoga Nidra. A year ago, a ten-day Vipassana course helped me realize meditation isn't just a practice, it’s a way of living. Having used this path to heal from profound grief, attachment, anger, trauma and fear I am here to help you tap into your own healing energy. Meditation not only helped my body but also spirit to find home in one consciousness. And also feel the light ️

If you are feeling lost or disconnected, remember your body has the power to heal itself but sometimes you need a guide to help you start.
In my meditation course, I sit right there with you, creating a safe space.
I will teach you to connect with your inner self by deeply observing your body, thoughts, and mind.
Through the power of your breath, you’ll gain realization, learn to feel sensations and see feelings come up to as it is then if we have stored any blockage we will release them with the help of awareness and create the peaceful space for our being.
