About Sagar
I am a Btech from computer science, and currently I am working with one of the IT companies (Obviously). I have total of 6 years of experience.
Fitness is something which I worship and embrace. I was 104 KG at one point of time in my life, and I lost almost 30 Kilos without any proper knowledge & guidance. That made me realise that there are people out there who are trying their best but no results. So, here I am to help you with the right technique & format to pursue a healthy lifestyle on a longer run which involves not going to Gym at all. See you Soon !

My Way of Implementing the technique depends from individual to individual. I understand each and everyone desire and give the best possible plan for the one so that he/she can perform the same anywhere/anytime and still stay fit.
My only goal is to stay fit on a longer run. i don't want anyone to run behind getting abs but staying fit in their 60's and running marathon's :)

Details
If the classes are online or student is coming to take the class. There are no additional hidden charge. Last minute cancellation will attract 20 percent of the fess
However, If I am travelling to student's place for the class, cancellation charges will be 50 percent of the amount.
