About Claudia Victoria

I'm a Kitchen Goddess who has been concocting food (nutrition, cooking and eating), mindfulness, psychology, spirituality and ancestral traditions to return the kitchen to its original intention as a safe haven -home’s heart-, the place for nourishment, creativity and transformation.

I'm on a mission to show you how to nourish your life at different levels from your own kitchen.

About the lesson

My passion is to guide you to tap into your senses to cook intuitively.

As in life, there are no recipes for happiness, we make out the best with the ingredients we have at hand. I use the same approach in the kitchen, helping you to find your own way of cooking with the ingredients available, discovering what you really like, to end up with nourishing meals while you use the kitchen as a playground alone or with others.

My cooking experience comes from traveling and living in South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, learning and teaching how to prepare local dishes in organic farms and retreat centers, and making sense of the cooking techniques and approaches to healthy diets from around the world.

As a trained Natural Chef in the UK, I infuse my classes with nutritional content.

As a trained mindful cooking and eating practitioner, I guide you to concoct your perfect meal for physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual health.

How does it work?
1. Before your first lesson, I will send a questionnaire to understand your Kitchen Archetype, what is your favorite food, what are your motivations for cooking, what would you like to learn, and what allergies if any. This will help me to tailor the session for you.
2. After that, we will agree on the dish to prepare and send in advance the ingredients
3. On the day of the lesson, we will cook together focusing on ingredients, techniques, and mindfulness
4. I share one of the many techniques for mindful eating

Length of a lesson: Between 60 - 120 minutes
