About Tatjana
I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. My classes are welcoming, accessible and enjoyable, with practices adapted to suit different abilities, ages and individual needs. I believe yoga is for everybody and that you do not need to be flexible or experienced to benefit from it.
My teaching combines yoga movement, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation to support both physical and mental wellbeing. I create a calm, supportive environment where students can work at their own pace, building confidence, strength, flexibility and awareness. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, my aim is for you to leave each session feeling refreshed, relaxed and positive.

About Me & My Yoga Teaching
I am a qualified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and have been teaching for over 15 years. My approach is warm, inclusive and adaptable, with a focus on helping each student feel comfortable, supported and connected to themselves.
My teaching combines traditional yoga practices with mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation. Depending on the needs and level of my students, sessions may include yoga postures (asana), pranayama and breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra.
I am also qualified in Pregnancy Yoga, Well Woman Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. I have experience working with people with a range of physical and mental health needs, and my background in psychology gives me additional understanding and sensitivity when supporting students with their wellbeing.
Sessions usually last between 45 minutes and 1½ hours, depending on the individual or group and their needs. I teach from beginner to more experienced levels, adapting practices, pace and techniques to suit each student.
My aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone and to create a safe, welcoming space where students can develop strength, flexibility, awareness and, most importantly, a greater sense of wellbeing.
