About Stella
I have a PhD in neuroscience and a MS in medical neuroscience, allowing me to understand the pathophysiology associated with psycho-emotional trauma and stress. And I have many years of experience with meditative movement-based practices that have empowered me in my own journey to cope with everyday stress and traumatic stress. It is my passion to empower you to cope with the stress in your life that is causing psycho-emotional imbalances that may manifest in symptoms of anxiety and depression. Every body is unique and the journey inward is a sacred one. It is my honor to offer my support to your journey.

The human brain evolved to move the body through 3D space. The modern hypercognitive lifestyle does not allow our bodies the space they need to process psychosomatic and emotional responses to daily events. Unresolved traumatic experiences and everyday stress activate tension patterns that create tension, pain, and provoke postural misalignment. My movement based mediative practice is designed to reconnect you to your physical body and raise awareness where tension is held so that it can be released.
After an initial free consultation to determine your needs, I will design a movement practice that is suitable for you and your lifestyle.
