I am an online fitness trainer with over 5 years of experience helping clients achieve their strength, fat loss, and overall fitness goals. My training approach is structured, strategic, and results - driven. I design personalized workout plans that include strength training, core workouts, flexibility training, skipping, cardio, and breathing techniques to improve performance and stamina.

Pierre is a very dedicated person when it comes to his health and fitness journey. He is consistently working on improving his flexibility, stamina, and overall routine. Since his body was initially quite stiff, we have been focusing on flexibility, mobility, eyesight-strengthening exercises, yoga, and pranayama.

Even though he is new to fitness training and it will take time to adapt to proper forms and movements, he is still doing a great job. Over the past few sessions, he has shown impressive dedication and continues to push his limits with a positive attitude. He listens carefully to instructions, stays committed during the sessions, and puts genuine effort into every exercise. His consistency and willingness to learn are truly commendable, and I’m hopeful to see even greater progress in the coming weeks.

We have 6 sessions a week. She is very supportive, clear in her instructions and she correct me when needed to protect my back, to feel the stretch and she help me to push my limits a little each time.
