About Gandharvaa

Yoga teacher. I grew up in two worlds: the Western world of modern education and society, as well as Vedic norms, Indian traditions, Vaishnava philosophy or Bhakti. I studied various ancient Vedic texts through dance, music, yoga, ayurveda, and the arts as a child.

About the lesson

The courses are based on ancestral knowledge coming from authentic teachers. This teaching is based on traditional methods with a personal approach for each individual. The practice is free but structured accompanied by a philosophical teaching. The goal is for each student to become independent. Everyone as his own Yoga.
