I am having7 years of experience in teaching yoga, coupled with a deep passion for promoting wellness and mindfulness, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to the Yoga students & practitioners.
- I successfully designed and led a variety of yoga classes tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
-My approach emphasizes correct alignment, breath awareness, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
-I take pride in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and self-discovery.
- My qualifications include:
Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-500): Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga.
