About Wanda
Singing instruction remains my primary focus after 13 years of navigating the industry from my Carnegie Mellon BFA foundation. It feels like just yesterday that I was balancing the rigors of conservatory training while dreaming of Broadway stages.
Today, I operate a studio that welcomes absolute beginners alongside working professionals preparing for high stakes auditions. Contemporary vocal styles and musical theater techniques define the core of my pedagogical approach. My own journey helps me relate to students who need practical guidance rather than abstract theory.
I maintain a warm and patient demeanor while ensuring every voice remains healthy and protected. Vocal health stands as the most critical pillar of my curriculum for every learner. Sight singing and breathing control are integrated into our routine to ensure consistency.
Confidence grows when the technical demands of a piece feel manageable and clear. You will find that I prioritize steady growth over quick fixes in every interaction.

A singer discovers their true resonance when they finally stop fighting their natural anatomy during a rehearsal. We focus on head and chest voice transitions to ensure a seamless bridge through the entire range. Stage fear management is addressed through specific tools that make performing feel like a conversation. Homework vocal drills are assigned after every session to build muscle memory between our meetings.
I draw on my Carnegie Mellon degree to provide a conservatory level of attention. You might be surprised at how fast your tone improves with consistent, daily work. Let us find your best sound together.
