About Lorna
Completing an MA Spanish Teaching degree at Middlebury Language Schools provided the formal structure for my 13 years of classroom practice. Despite these credentials, the most rewarding part of my work involves helping heritage learners bridge the gap between spoken fluency and academic writing. Growing up in Barcelona gave me a lifelong perspective on how language shifts across borders.
Students often arrive needing help with specific idioms or exam preparation for the DELE. My approach is quite simple, as I focus on the nuances that textbooks sometimes ignore. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss your goals.
