About Ashlyn
"Royal Academy of Music trained me to demand precision. You must understand that my 13 years of experience means I focus on piano technique so you do not lose the joy of playing. I work with students who want sight transposition and perfect posture and hand position.
My history includes pop and contemporary styles alongside sight playing and dynamics and expression. Since childhood music has been my life. I have taught countless students to perform confidently within 1 term."

"Pianists begin by addressing posture before moving into the repertoire. I verify your hand position to ensure you avoid unnecessary tension.
We focus on specific technical drills before examining the piece for dynamics and expression. Sight playing exercises are included to sharpen your reading speed. You will receive free access to my annotated practice notes after every lesson. My 9 minute practice review helps you maintain focus between sessions."
