About Joy
Going on 38 years of personal and group training experience and staying certified in many specialties - I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Senior Fitness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and also have a certification in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. My prices are very reasonable for the education and experience you will benefit from.

- I will meet with the potential client via FaceTime/WhatsApp, etc. to conduct a free consultation and assessment of where you are starting. Depending on the goals and needs of the client a “setting” will be determined (online or in-person), as well as, type of workout/routine and frequency of training that works for them. A “session” usually last one hour, anything more or less would be discussed during the consultation along with package prices, discounts, etc. I train all levels but tend to work mostly with individuals or groups ages 40-85. I specialize in helping people to learn how they can continue to implement what is taught on a daily basis. Strength and Conditioning, flexibility and endurance (both muscular and cardio) for seniors, and others who have imbalances or have just been sitting for way too long. For most workouts/sessions you only need room for an exercise mat. More space is great but don’t feel that you don’t have enough room to reach the majority of your goals.,
