About Erald

I’m Erald I hold a university degree in philosophy, I have practised Shaolin wushu, Tai chi and Meditation for over 27 years, I’ve decided to teach for the joy of sharing with others what my masters shared with me, and which can radically change someone's life.

About the lesson

I am offering a unique approach of combined breathing techniques, relaxation, short readings, guided meditations, and self-inquiry, to lead the practitioner to the supreme state of being, by seeing through the illusions which make us just appear, instead of being.
