About Isaac
Hi, my name is Isaac. With over eight years of professional experience, I specialise in studio portraiture, weddings, and outdoor event coverage.
My passion for visual storytelling has produced multiple award-winning photographs and films.
My approach is completely hands-on and practical. During our sessions, I show you my camera and exact settings live, allowing you to follow along, practise, and master techniques on the spot. In addition to shooting, I teach high-end portrait retouching, skin smoothing through frequency separation, LUTs, composition, and advanced post-processing workflows in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
Beyond technical mastery, I share actionable advice on building a successful photography business if you wish to turn your passion into a full-time career.

My teaching is flexible and tailored entirely to your personal learning goals. I typically begin by building a strong foundation in camera settings, lenses, and manual exposure.
You will master essential lighting techniques, including 3-point setups, composition, and framing to find your unique visual style. Equipment never holds you back, as these lessons apply to everything from smartphone cameras to modern mirrorless systems.
I also teach you how to truly see and create compelling photographs with any gear you own. You will also learn professional post-processing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
