About Amanda
I’m a health and performance coach driven by a simple mission—helping people feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies. I blend core and pelvic health education with health coaching and behavior change strategies to create results that last far beyond a workout. My sessions mix movement, breathwork, and practical habit shifts so clients don’t just get stronger—they move through life with more energy, confidence, and ease. I believe lasting change comes from understanding your body, building the right habits, and having the support to make it happen—and that’s exactly what I’m here for.

This program combines core and pelvic health education with health coaching and behavior change strategies to create a full-body, whole-life transformation. Clients learn how the core and pelvic floor work, practice breathwork and functional movement, and address posture and daily habits that impact long-term health. Through guided lessons, targeted exercises, and coaching rooted in behavior change science, they build awareness, strength, and sustainable habits. The result is improved stability, reduced pain, better performance, and the confidence to maintain these benefits in everyday life.
