About Shawna
I am an American living in Auckland, NZ. Personal Training & Mindset Coaching is my passion, & I am happy to be spreading that love around the world!
My journey started 20 years ago through bodybuilding. With this experience, I learned how to optimize my physique and discipline. I was able to pair this knowledge with becoming a coach & have worked with a variety of people, where I also gained insight into what motivates and depletes others.
I understand that the body needs the mind just as the mind needs the body. We are all individuals, with different needs that sometimes requires a specific approach. I love being creative, & guiding others through the process of feeling and becoming their best self!

I would definatly recommend contacting Shawna for your personal training and dietary needs. She always answers questions sent promptly and is always following up with advice or suggestions of something Is not working well or your needs change. I have been working with her for a few months now and have noticed some really positive changes in my appearance. I highly recommend getting in touch with her if you want to get serious about training and diet
