About Corine
Violin strings vibrate against the bow hair creating a tactile connection that defines my 13 years of teaching. I hold an MMus from the Australian National Academy of Music and have guided 292 students through the technical rigors of shifting positions and double stops. My approach focuses on spiccato and staccato bowing alongside refined tone production.
Developing left hand agility and mastering scales and arpeggios remains central to my methodology. I prepare candidates for ABRSM or Trinity grade exams by perfecting their posture and hold. Classical repertoire forms the core of my curriculum while we integrate ear training to sharpen musical instincts.
