With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in muscle strengthening, stretching techniques, bodybuilding, and prenatal as well as postnatal fitness training. Throughout my career, I have successfully trained thousands of clients, helping them achieve their goals in weight loss, fat reduction, strength building, and recovery from various muscle-related issues.
My approach combines scientific training methods with personalized attention, ensuring each client receives a program tailored to their body type, lifestyle, and fitness objectives. I focus not only on physical transformation but also on improving overall mobility, endurance, and long-term health.
For the past 13 years, I have been serving as a Master Trainer at Arera Club, where I continue to mentor clients and guide aspiring fitness enthusiasts toward sustainable and effective fitness practices.
