About Celia
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 9 years of experience, guiding students through ABRSM, Rockschool, and university-level piano exams. I hold a Licentiate of Music in Piano (LMusA), which has strengthened both my technical and performance skills. My lessons are tailored to each student, focusing on building solid technique while nurturing creativity. I enjoy helping students unlock their full potential, whether they are beginners discovering their first melodies or advanced players refining their performance. I incorporate sight-reading, improvisation, and music theory to create well-rounded pianists. I also use modern tools like virtual piano apps and metronomes to make practice engaging and effective. My teaching style balances discipline with enjoyment, encouraging students to explore their musical voice while achieving measurable progress.
