About Hortensia
"Auditionees and gigging singers are the core of my studio practice. My approach is direct. I spent 13 years bridging the gap between classical technique and contemporary performance demands for hundreds of students.
My Estill Voice Training Level 1 and 2 certification provides the foundation for teaching harmony singing, pitch control, and vibrato control. I work heavily on rhythm, phrasing, and genre styling across pop and musical theater. It is really about finding your own sound."

"A free trial lesson allows me to map your vocal range and define your goals. This initial check is 100 percent focused on your individual instrument.
I utilize my Estill training to calibrate your resonance and mic technique for the best result. We fix your camera framing and vocal balance before you record your first submission.
I offer guidance on belting, tone, and performance confidence during these sessions. It feels rewarding to watch singers finally hear exactly what their voice is capable of doing. Getting the technical details right is actually quite fun."
