Year 2 Teaching Assistant, offering tutoring for primary school students across a range of curriculum subjects

I have worked alongside Ty as a senior colleague, within a primary school, for a period of two years. He is extremely dedicated and supportive to all of the students he supports. He is able to vary his teaching style to the need of each individual learner and has a fun nature that children instantly warm to and feel comfortable with. I have two children myself aged 9 and 5 and would without any reservations have him tutor them.⁷

Ty is a reliable and polite person. He is always positive and ready to encourage others to be their best. He is a joy to be around and working with him always brings new, intuitive ways of completing tasks.

He is a compassionate person, willing to help anyone that needs that extra support. He’s able to help build confidence through tutoring while making it fun! He is also able to adapt well and always has enthusiasm when it comes to his work!
