About Kiara
My name is Kiara. I am highly passionate about ballet, strength training, running and hiking. I myself have received results and reached my goals without hitting the gym, and so all you need to reach yours is a floor, a mat, some form of weight, your body, mind, a towel & water. You do not need fancy equipment to build muscle, strength and endurance! I have been through a lot of ups and downs during my journey, physically, emotionally and mentally! And, that is why I can relate to my students on different levels, not just fitness. I believe in mind and body connection. And that in order to stay consistent in your training and results, you need balanced and discipline. This balance and discipline starts with a steady and clear mind, and as your mindset is trained in harmony with your body, it will drive you beyond what you thought you were capable of!

I believe that you can change your life and mindset with incorporating some form of physical training into it. I do, however, know how challenging and daunting it might seem to beginners who are just starting their journey, aswell as to those who have started it but have hit a plateau in their training. I have been there! We all have had to start somewhere, and now I am in a place of my journey, where I feel confident to help others thrive in theirs ! This journey, is not just a fitness journey, but one of mental and emotional well-being. I will not hold back from giving my students tips and strategies, including helping them build routines that work well for them, in abundance! I will make your training challenging, but highly enjoyable, so that you're left feeling energized each time!
