About Aarish
Hi! I'm Aarish, a current student in high school (as of late 2025/2026) and love aiding others in achieving their goals, especially as they relate to education. Having been tutored myself up to 8th grade, I understand how there needs to be affordable but effective tutoring options that will cater to your needs, and that is what I plan to offer. I will help you and match your pace, ensuring that what we cover is what you are doing in school to help build those connections and skills. I have tutored several people in several different fields including Math, English, and Humanities such as Legal Studies and will always remain professional and upfront with you about your progress and me as a person. Currently, I offer up to 7th grade math and Units 1/2 and 3/4 VCE psychology which I finished in 2025 and was ranked top ten in my cohort of 170+

- Provide step by step explanations to problems, ensuring that the kids I tutor understand the concepts behind math not just blank memorization, done through personalized learning to ensure each student's level and pace is met with positive reinforcement that will encourage and strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving. With Psychology it will adhere to the study design and ensure all key knowledge is taught in a way that is engaging and adds to the knowledge that is needed for the exam and SAC's
- A typical lesson will be 60 minutes though flexible if need be
- have tutored several classmates in high school level math and aided siblings and family friends in primary school and lower grade level family friends
- Lessons are for up to year 7 math and can go from basic skills such as addition and subtraction up to basic algebra and trigonometry skills to lay a strong foundation for high school. Psychology lessons are for Unit 1/2 and 3/4 students
