About PRADA

My background in dance began 9 years ago, developing through continuous training in choreography, freestyle, and competitive performance with international and world champion choreographers. Over the years, I have competed at national and international level, earning titles including World Champion, World Finalist, and three-time Gauteng Provincial Champion, as well as representing South Africa under SABOD/IDO with National Colours.

My experience in high-level competition has shaped my understanding of performance, discipline, and stage presence. This has led me to want to pass on my knowledge and help other dancers grow in confidence, technique, and individuality.

I focus on training dancers to improve freestyle ability, choreography execution, and overall performance quality, with a strong emphasis on developing their own unique style.

I am available for private lessons and group sessions, with structured training based on each dancer’s level and goals. Group rates are available on request, and I remain open to discussion.

About the lesson

I am a World Champion dancer and choreographer with 8 years of competitive experience at national and international level (South Africa / SABOD / IDO). I have trained and performed at a high standard and now focus on helping dancers develop performance, freestyle, choreography, and confidence.

First session we will discuss your goals, experience level, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Cool down and stretching

The training includes structured, high-level dance coaching designed to help you reach your personal goals in performance, technique, freestyle, and choreography. Each session is adapted to your level and focused on building confidence, control, and individuality as a dancer.

You will receive:

Professional dance coaching based on 9 years of competitive experience
Training in freestyle, choreography, and performance development
Personalized feedback and progression tracking
A focused and disciplined learning environment

Sessions can be individual or in groups, depending on your preference and goals. Training is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.
