About Tyson
Hi, I’m Ty (Coach Tyson) DeWees – ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1999 and former Director of Personal Training at Gold’s Gym Kuala Lumpur.
From training champions in the USA to co-owning gyms in Seoul (MMA & Cross Training) and Kuching (Sweat Bee’s Fitness), I’ve built a career helping everyone from CEOs and pro fighters to seniors and youth athletes get stronger, leaner, and more confident.

I offer personalized 1-on-1 training — online + client app (perfect for anywhere in Malaysia or overseas) and in-person in Kuala Lumpur.
With 26+ years' experience (ACE Certified since 1999, Muay Thai Kru Instructor, NASM MMA, Powerlifting Coach) I create custom programs for:

Monthly Online Packages (unlimited app support)
1 Month: RM 1,800
3 Months: RM 1,600/month (save RM 600)
6 Months: RM 1,400/month (save RM 2,400)
12+ Months: RM 1,200/month (save RM 7,200+)
In-Person KL
RM 280–300 per 60-min session + travel fee (RM 50–100 outside central KL)
Small groups available on request.
