About Hossai
I am a dedicated and consistent fitness enthusiast with several years of hands-on experience in HIIT, strength training, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. Since 2019, I have maintained a disciplined routine and have also led workouts for individuals and small groups, focusing on creating engaging and effective sessions.
I take a professional, supportive, and structured approach to every session. I prioritize safety, clear communication, and adapting workouts to each person’s level and comfort. My goal is to help clients build consistency, confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness.
While I am not a certified personal trainer, I am committed to providing beginner-friendly guidance, motivation, and accountability based on real experience. I always encourage clients to listen to their bodies and work within their limits.

I’ve trained individuals and even led group workouts that people genuinely enjoyed, and I bring that same energy into every session.
