Hey — I’m a certified personal trainer and father of two, passionate about helping other busy dads take control of their health, strength, and mindset. After years of juggling family life, work, and personal setbacks, I know what it’s like to feel stuck, tired, and unsure where to start. That’s why I teach: not to preach, but to guide real people through realistic, no-BS strategies that actually work. I combine practical fitness and nutrition coaching with mindset tools to help you get leaner, stronger, and more confident — even if you’ve fallen off for years. Whether you're just starting out or ready to level up, I’m here to help you build lasting habits that go beyond the gym.
