About Jeramy
I have been a leader in some form for the past 25 years, mostly in not-for-profit organisations.
I now work directing teams through significant change, reforms, and restructuring. I am known for my level-head, calm demeanour and determination. Motivating teams and the organisation (clients) come on this change journey. Being deliberate to explain the WHY, and ensure there is possibilities and potential for my team to trice..
I want to give people the start I didn’t have as an emerging leader.
I am a leader that can see the bigger picture, thoroughly assess the why, and is most comfortable hearing someone’s dreams and actively helping them tick items off their personal or business-driven bucket list.
Finally developing plan/s together to confidently make steps to move forward one step at a time to help you achieve your own WHY and either work or study goal.
