About Celine
With over 4 years of experience teaching chess both in-person and online, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students from beginner to advanced levels, including competitive players and aspiring tournament champions. I hold a formal background in strategic thinking and game theory, which informs my approach to chess instruction. My teaching style focuses on developing critical skills like opening theory, positional understanding, tactical sharpness, and endgame mastery. I also emphasize original thinking through game analysis, pattern recognition, and strategic decision-making. I'm especially good with The Young Thinker and The Tournament Challenger, and I offer tailored guidance to help them grow with confidence.
