About Sumra
By profession I am a psychotherapist and my previous 9 years of professional experience is related to HR, Organizational development and training and development. I have done my Bachelors in Sociology and Masters in Public Administration and my majors where HR and Marketing. Currently I am pursuing MSC in Counselling and Psychotherapy from University of Starthclyde.
I believe and experienced that every student has different learning style and they need to be taught according to their learning styles. My teaching style varies and always link with learning style of a student so that student can learn best and progress more in less time. I usually empower students by giving them different case studies and scenarios, exposure to experiential learning, showing them relevant study related videos, giving them and study article with them.
My way of teaching enable students to remember and restore learning for the rest of their lives. It is better for students to give them exposure of updated books as well as knowledge about relevant industry where they want to establish there careers.
