About Alicja

I'm a coach with a background in psychology and experience in emotional support, mentoring and psychoeducation.

I've always been fascinated by how people think, behave and build relationships. I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Psychology, and I'm currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Clinical Sexology.

Over the past few years, I've supported people from different walks of life, from one-to-one conversations to educational workshops. I'm particularly interested in attachment, self-worth, relationships, and the small patterns in our behaviour we don't always notice.

One of my favourite things about working with people is seeing them make progress. I'm genuinely happy to celebrate the small wins, because sometimes even the tiniest step can mean a lot.

Outside of work, I love learning new things, reading, and spending time outdoors. I'm also easily distracted by animals, so I'll probably stop mid-walk just to admire a cow in a field.

About the lesson

My 60-minute online coaching sessions focus on relationships, attachment, self-worth, and personal boundaries.

We can explore recurring patterns in your relationships, how you communicate your needs, what you expect from others and what might be holding you back from making changes.

I use reflective questions, psychological knowledge, and practical tools to help you gain clarity, recognise your strengths, and consider different ways forward. Depending on what works for you, we might also use small exercises or activities between sessions.

Each session is shaped around your individual needs and tailored to what you would like to work towards. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

Sessions are available in English and Polish and focus on coaching, personal development, and psychoeducation, rather than therapy or clinical treatment. Please check the additional pricing details below
