About Coral

I love all things hand made, and Knitting and Crochet are my passion. I have worked in Adult college, teaching Crochet and was over subscribed. I am currently working in a school setting and now I run a Knitting sessions.
In my lessons you will have lesson plans to look at and learn at your own pace and be reassured to a good outcome at all times.

Another superb craft you can learn from me is Needle Tatting. Needle tatting is a lace-making technique that uses a long, blunt needle instead of the traditional tatting shuttle to create decorative knots and loops. It produces the same types of lace as shuttle tatting—rings, chains, picots, and intricate motifs—but many people find the needle method easier to learn.

What ever Craft inspires you, learning something new making something beautiful will inspire you to continue to learn further, and show off your beautiful finish work.

About the lesson

As an experience Craft teacher, I understand the importance when learning something new it takes time. In my Knitting and Crochet lessons you will be guided in a slow pace and you will have lessons plans to take away with you to continue with your learning in your own time.

In your first Crochet lesson you will learn to do chain stitchs and look at different crochet stitches to make a Granny square. In my Knitting lesson you will learn to cast on and how to knit Flat or in the Round.
My lesson plans will be prepared for all age groups and clear written instructions with pictures included.

What are the mental health benefits of knitting and crocheting?
Crafting such as crochet and knitting produces serotonin which improves your moods and a sense of calmness.
