I offer private 1-on-1 training sessions for women in the South Bay.
Locations: • San Jose — Elite Pro Fitness (private gym) •
Sunnyvale — private residential gym.
Each client receives a personalized, strength-based workout plan tailored to her specific goals — whether it’s: • building muscle • losing weight • toning the body • or simply becoming healthier overall I also provide simple, practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support your results.
I speak both English and Russian, so you can train in the language you’re most comfortable with.
60-minute session — $80
Train with a friend — $120 (for 2 people)
