About Leonardo
I am a Brazilian 40-year old businessman who once needed to lose 23 pounds and found a couple of mentors. They helped me achieve my goal in 90 days. Since then, I developed a deep interest for healthy lifestyle, nutrition, routine planning and pursued qualification to coach people into achieving their goals.
